1. The dipping sauce
- mix all the ingredients listed above, bring to a boil, lower heat
and allow to simmer until the mixture is sticky.
2. Slice chicken thinly
and place slices in a mixing bowl.
3. Pound garlic cloves
and coriander together in a mortar and pestle to make a paste. Add it
to the bowl with the chicken.
4. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, roast sesame seeds and pandan
juice. Mix the marinade and allow the chicken to marinate 2 hours.
5. Now wrap two chicken pieces of per pandan leaf to form little bundles.
6. Last heat the oil in your wok over middle heat, add the chicken.
