Oyster sauce

Oyster sauce is a thick, brown sauce and made out of oysters. It tastes salty. The delicious, creamy sauce is made out of the meat from oysters. This is mixed with soy sauce and cooked with salt, garlic and onions.
The sauce can be used for different recipes such as fish, meat, rice and poultry dishes. Oyster sauce should be kept refridgerated after opening.
