With the Applediet
a calorie reduction is reached by the exclusive consumption by apples.
With hunger apples may be eaten, a further calorie supply are not
permitted per day up to 6. Evaluation Per day at least 5 apples
should be eaten - otherwise for example the protein supply would
be sufficient over a longer dietzeitraum not. Against one apple
day per week is however nothing to object - deslags and keeps fit.
