prawns, peeled |

(3 1/2 fl oz) oil |

garlic, chopped |

white pepper |

|
1. Heat oil in a wok or pan and add prawns. Stir-fry for two minutes.
2. Take out
the oil and add garlic, pepper and salt.
3. Stir-fry
for two minutes and serve with a dip or satay-sauce.
