| 200
ml coconut milk |

tbls lemon juice |

| 1/4
tsp fish sauce |

| 1/4 tsp sugar |

| 1/4
tsp salt |

- In a pot bring coconut milk to boil. Add prawns and cool for one minute. Let simmer one more minute
- Remove prawns from milk.
- Add lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar and salt and stir. Top the prawns with this sauce.
TIP: Serve with rice
