1. Peel and devein the shrimps but do not remove the tails.
2. Heat
the oil in a wok , saute the garlic, coriander stems and shrimp
for short 20 seconds.
3. Add fresh red
and green chili, fishsauce, oystersauce, sugar, pepper to taste,
spring onion, basil leaves,
4. Saute again briefly and serve hot.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice.
