Beef with oystersauce |

| Serves 4 |
|
|
| 400 g (13 1/2 oz) lean beef |
|
|
4 tbs sweet soy sauce  |
|
|
| 2 tbs corn starch |
|
|
| 2 tbs oil |
|
|
| 2 ts balsimico vinegar |
|
|
| 3 tbls sherry |
|
|
| 2 tsp brown sugar or white sugar |
|
|
| salt |
|
|
| 4 tbs oil |
|
|
2 ts sesame oil  |
|
|
| |
|
|

Takes 25 Minutes
|
- Cut meat into thin slices.
- Mix it with soy sauce and some oil. Add cornstarch and knead the meat with the soy sauce and oil mixture.
- Mix soy sauce with balsamico vinegar, sherry, sugar and salt.
- Heat 4 tbls of oil in a Wok or large pan. Add meat and stirfry some minutes.
- Add soy sauce mixture and let cook until smooth.
TIPP: Serve with rice or salad. |
