Pork with cucumber |

| Serves 4 |
|
|
| 500 g (1 lb) pork fillets |
|
|
| 2 cloves garlic |
|
|
| 2 spring onions |
|
|
| 1 cucumber |
|
|
| 3 tb oil |
|
|
3 tb fish sauce  |
|
|
3 tb oyster sauce  |
|
|
| 1 tb sugar |
|
|
| 2 eggs, beaten |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|

Takes 25 Minutes
|
- Slice meat, chop garlic.
- Dice cucumber. Cut spring onions into 2 cm long pieces.
- Heat oil in a wok or a pan and stir-fry garlic until golden. Add meat and stir-fry for three minutes.
- Add cucumber, onions, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir. Continue to stir-fry for two minutes.
- Push to one side and quickly add beaten eggs. Once they begin to set, gently scramble them. Stir eggs and the meat.
TIPP: Serve with rice or salad. |
